Reservation and registration in brief

if you or your child are not taking a course at the moment ... You give (preferably by phone) a place reservation for your desired course. The courses with free places are displayed in the overviews (either by course type or course location). In principle, inquiries and reservations are considered in the order in which they were received. However, there is the following exception: Participants in existing courses can preferably reserve a place in courses with the name B, E, G, H, I, L, M, O, Q, R, S or T up to a "Reservation Date" (see appointments ) specified for the respective course start. Therefore, it may occasionally happen that despite timely request, no participants are in your desired course. In this case, you will be offered an alternative course - if enough space is available. Courses with the name A, F, J, K, N or P can be chosen without consideration of the deadline if places are available.

if you or your child are currently taking a class ... Does the course you or your child wish to take having the names B, E, G, H, I, L, M, O, Q, R, S or T? Then you have the option of reserving a place in one of the courses that are suitable for you or your child. This rule does not apply to siblings! Prerequisites for this are: • You make your reservation until the "Reservation Deadline" for the scheduled course start date (see appointments ). • There are still enough "preferred places" available in your desired course. If more participants make a reservation request than seats are available, the reservation requests are taken into account in the order in which they were received. A claim to a specific course place does not exist at any time Reservations made after the "Reservation Date" will not be allocated favorably and will be considered in the order in which they were received, as are all other requests.

Registration in our office opening hours To participate in the courses with the name A, F, J, K, N or P, you can at the following Office opening hours at any time for registration, if there are vacant places available (but watch out for changes in opening hours (eg during the school holidays) in our homepage): Monday: 1:30-3:30 pm Tuesday: 3:30-4:30 pm Friday: 9:30-11:00 am This regulation also applies to participants of already running courses, provided they have a reservation confirmation. For all others, registration is only possible after the reservation deadline (see appointments ). The course fee is payable in full upon registration. We accept Cash, Girocard, Mastercard or VISA-Card. Holders of the Family Card Hesse will be granted a discount on selected courses. When using the family card discount, the family card Hesse must be presented upon registration. The presentation of the card number is not enough. Subsequent consideration of the family card is not possible.

Registration: After successful reservation you have to register yourself or your child. This is in principle possible during our regular office hours, during the special opening hours of our office (see appointments ) or online.

Online booking Basically, online bookings are only possible after the reservation deadline (see appointments ). An earlier booking is only possible when booking the courses with the designations A, F, J, K, N; P or if you have received a reservation confirmation as a participant of an already running course. The booking is made by clicking on one of the overviews by course location or course type on your desired course. It opens the booking form that you have to completely fill out. Note: If the ad is set to "red", you can still book a course if you have a confirmed reservation. Without reservation please make sure that the ad is set to "green" or "yellow". Holders of the Family Card Hesse must fill in the fields for family card holders completely, otherwise no discount will be granted. Subsequent consideration of the family card is not possible. You will receive within 3 days an email with your invoice as a PDF attachment, which you should settle within 14 days by bank transfer. Alternatively, you can also pay for the opening hours of our office with the means of payment accepted by us (see left column). Online bookings without a confirmed reservation made before the "Reservation Date" will not be processed.
